Hansel Alvarez is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in project coordination and management. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Graywood Developments since April 2021, Hansel previously held the role of Project Coordinator at The Minto Group from May 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included constructing schedules and overseeing contracts. Hansel's earlier experience at Rockwell Land Corporation spanned nearly a decade, during which Hansel served as both Project Manager and Construction Manager, focusing on project evaluation and scheduling. Prior roles at ART BUILDERS, INC. and as a Structural Engineer involved ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications in construction projects. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from De La Salle University and a Civil Technician degree from Seneca Polytechnic.
