Michael Bardyn

Michael Bardyn is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and leasing. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Graywood Developments since June 2023, Michael previously held the position of Managing Director for Greater Toronto at Manulife Investment Management from September 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a $4 billion portfolio and coaching a team of 100. Prior roles at Manulife Financial involved directing a global real estate leasing program and managing leasing activities across North America and Japan. Beginning a career at CB Richard Ellis, Michael built strong client relationships and facilitated over $38 million in lease transactions. Michael holds an MBA and an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
