With a strong background in financial management and consultancy, Noureen was also a Partner at Usmani & Co. Chartered Accountants and the CEO of Noureen & Co. Chartered Accountants. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Financial Management at GPE-BEP and General Manager of Finance & Accounts at Taraqee Foundation. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and ongoing studies in Public Finance and Business/Commerce. Noureen's foundational education includes degrees in Economics and Commerce from prestigious institutions in Karachi.
