Senthurran S. is an experienced Development Coordinator currently at Graywood Developments since February 2022, previously holding the same position at Empire Communities from September 2021 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Development Coordinator and Student Planning Consultant at ERA Architects Inc. and the City of Toronto, where Senthurran focused on urban planning and research to support community character preservation and the arts scene. As a Housing Secretariat Intern, Senthurran contributed to the Modular Housing Initiative for the City of Toronto, researching best practices for modular housing projects. Earlier work includes a research assistant position at TransForm Lab, examining urban cycling behavior, and a role as Social Media & Content Coordinator for Origins Media Haus, recognized as Intern of the Semester. Senthurran holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University, completed in 2021.
