Spencer Owen is a seasoned professional in urban planning and real estate development, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Graywood Developments since July 2021. Previously, Spencer held roles as Development Manager and Development Coordinator at Minto Group, and gained initial experience as a Junior Development Planner at Sterling Group and a Student Planner at MHBC Planning. Spencer started the academic journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo and further enhanced expertise by obtaining an AAIC in Real Estate from UBC Sauder School of Business. In addition to professional roles, Spencer contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo, focusing on demographic changes in urban environments across North America.
