Philippa Smith

Philippa Smith has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Head of People at graze since December 2021. Prior to this role, Philippa worked at People Against Dirty, including positions as People Partner and European P+E Coordinator from October 2017 to December 2021. Philippa's background includes a role as HR Advisor and Recruitment Specialist at Coty Inc. following its merger with Procter & Gamble's Beauty business, and earlier experience with companies such as Samsung Electronics, Procter & Gamble, and David Lloyd Leisure. Philippa holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Loughborough University, complemented by relevant educational qualifications from Blenheim High School. Key achievements include the implementation of a comprehensive recruitment process across the UK and Ireland.
