Tim Palmer

Tim Palmer serves as the Manufacturing Director at graze since June 2018, driving the site towards advanced manufacturing capabilities and overseeing manufacturing, packing, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, warehousing, and dispatch operations. Prior roles at graze include Head of Engineering, where Tim managed the engineering team to support operations and drive healthy snacking initiatives, and Design Engineering Manager, focusing on efficiency projects and automation in manufacturing. Previous experience includes Solution Design Manager and Project Engineer at Tesco, where Tim enhanced fulfillment processes and infrastructure for improved efficiency, as well as a Junior Engineer at Huxley Bertram Engineering Ltd. Tim holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, earned in 2015.
