Eric Massain is currently the PMO of the Social Project for the IEG branch at ENGIE, where they coordinate four major initiatives, including "Retraite" and "Emploi Mobilité." Previously, they served as a project manager for the Performance Program at EDF from 2004 to 2006 and held the position of HR Delegate at ErDF GrDF from 2006 to 2013. Since 2018, they have taken on their current role at ENGIE while also working as a Senior Executive at GrDF. Eric is pursuing an MBA and a certificate in Public Enterprise Strategies and International Competition at Clark University, along with a third-cycle degree in "Strategy and Change Management" from Sciences Po.
