Frédéric Moulin

Frédéric Moulin is the Territorial Director for Paris at GRDF, specializing in public energy policies and institutional relations. They have over twenty years of experience in energy distribution, communication, and stakeholder relations, having previously held positions such as Local Authorities Manager at EDF GDF SERVICES and External Affairs Manager at GRTgaz. Frédéric's career began as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Assemblée nationale, where they developed a strong foundation in public affairs. They graduated from KEDGE Business School with a degree in Finance and also pursued studies in territory development at IHEDATE.
