Eric Townson has been working in the industry for over 28 years. Eric started their career with Shell in 1992 as a Commercial Manager. In 2003, they took on the role of Sulphur Technical Advisor, followed by Middle East Business Development Manager and Bitumen Business Development Manager for India and the Middle East. In 2017, they joined ICD Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as Business Development Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Mining Lubricants Liaison Manager at Total, and in 2021 they began working as Business Manager at GreaseBoss, where they are responsible for managing a digital grease management system for industrial machinery.
Eric Townson attended All Souls and St Gabriels School, followed by All Souls from 1978 to 1979. Eric then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Queensland University of Technology from 1981 to 1984.
