Nirali Doshi

Nirali Doshi is a dedicated professional with a background in psychology and approximately four years of experience in training and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Great Learning, they lead a team to optimize the delivery of online programs that impact over 5,000 learners. Previously, Nirali held various roles in training and HR, including internships that contributed to organization-wide training initiatives and recruitment practices. They have also completed multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources from IIT Madras and an MSc in Psychology from Christ University.
