Therapy (Ages 9-25)
Great Minds Therapy provides personalised 1:1 therapeutic support, with a specialist focus on neurodivergent young people and those with associated needs. Our therapeutic disciplines include Creative Arts Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy. Supporting emotional regulation, communication, independence and confidence.

Training & Strategic Support
Great Minds Training equips staff at all levels with the shared understanding, confidence and practical skills required for inclusive, therapeutic education. Our accredited CPD is delivered by experienced in-house experts and is tailored to your setting.

We also partner long term with whole organisations to strategically strengthen inclusive practice. Through our 5-Stage Inclusion Framework, we embed inclusion across governance, culture, leadership and intervention pathways. Moving schools from reactive responses to structured, sustainable systems.

We begin by establishing strong foundations in safeguarding and relational safety, before auditing inclusion, attendance and EBSA. We then support the development of a lived inclusion ethos, align graduated interventions, and evidence impact through clear outcomes and data.

We work alongside you, meeting you where you are in your inclusion journey, to strengthen belonging, wellbeing and engagement.
