Benjamin Cabrera currently serves as the Success Lead at Great Minds since December 2024. Previously, Benjamin held various educational roles, including High School Mathematics Teacher at St. John's Prep from 2011 to 2018, Professional Development Consultant at Curriculum Associates from 2019 to 2021, and Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Salem Public Schools between 2018 and 2019. From August 2021 to December 2024, Benjamin was the Director of K-8 Mathematics at North Andover Schools, where responsibilities included designing and delivering professional development for K-12 educators and managing a team to develop and evaluate K-8 curricula. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2011 and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Salem State University in 2017.
