Devin Fedor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Devin's most recent position is as the Senior Director of Organizational Design & Effectiveness at Great Minds, starting in May 2022.

Prior to this, Devin worked at Mary Washington Healthcare where they held two positions. They were the Associate Vice President of HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness from February to May 2022, and before that, they were the Director of Learning & Organizational Development from June 2013 to March 2022.

Devin also has experience as an Independent Consultant from November 2012 to May 2013.

Before that, they worked at Strayer University in multiple roles, including Director of Learning & Development from April 2011 to October 2012, Learning & Development Manager from March 2010 to March 2011, Talent Manager from January 2008 to March 2010, Recruiting Manager, Global Region from July 2007 to January 2008, and Human Resources Generalist from March 2006 to July 2007.

Devin Fedor obtained a BSBA degree in Human Resources from Youngstown State University in 2003. In 2012, they completed their MSHRM degree in Organizational Development from Strayer University. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from George Mason University. Devin also holds certifications in DEI Practitioner Master Class from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner. They have also received certifications in Leadership Architect and Voices 360 from Korn Ferry Hay Group, Lean Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
