Alejandro Li

Alejandro Li has extensive experience in team leadership, project coordination, and recruitment within various sectors including ICT and social projects. At Teleperformance, Alejandro managed and motivated a contact center team while achieving performance targets and providing product training. As a project coordinator at Stichting Present Den Haag, Alejandro focused on community engagement. In later roles at Multiplied, StarApple, and Greater, Alejandro specialized in recruitment for IT and technology positions, emphasizing relationship building and access to hidden job opportunities. Currently, Alejandro is involved in recruitment and marketing at Kubiqo, providing sovereign infrastructure solutions. Alejandro also holds an NLP Practitioner certification from Sluis NLP Instituut, obtained in 2025.
