Ethan Kovatch is currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Greco Structures since July 2025. Previously held the position of Operations Manager at Mt. Olive Concrete Works from July 2011 to October 2021. In addition, Ethan worked at Lithko Contracting in various roles, including Territory Safety Lead, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Field Lead, and QA/QC, from October 2023 to November 2024. Ethan is an alumnus of Dordt University.
