Dean Teeples

Dean Teeples has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management. Their most recent role was as the Corporate Director of EHS at Grede Holdings LLC, starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Regional EHS Manager at STERIS from September 2019 to December 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Dean worked as the Corporate Senior EHS Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they developed and managed global EHS systems across multiple manufacturing locations. Dean also held the position of Vice President EHS at Metaldyne Performance Group (MPG) from 2015 to 2017, overseeing EHS programs and compliance for a $3 billion corporation with multiple locations. Before that, they were the Corporate Director of EHS at Metaldyne from 2001 to 2015, and the Corporate EHS Manager at Global Metals Technology (GMTI) from 1999 to 2001. In these roles, Dean was responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs and ensured compliance with regulations.

Dean Teeples earned their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Environmental Science at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in 1990.
