Green Catapult is a boutique management advisory focused on operating-model design, decision governance, and execution alignment for organizations navigating AI as an operating condition — not a technology upgrade.

We work with boards, CEOs, and senior operators at moments where existing structures no longer keep pace with intelligence, complexity, or risk. Our work centers on how decisions are made, governed, funded, and executed when AI reshapes services, platforms, and accountability.

Unlike traditional strategy or innovation firms, Green Catapult does not lead with tools, pilots, or frameworks. We focus first on structure — clarifying decision rights, governance models, capital allocation, and operating constraints — so AI and digital investments scale responsibly and deliver real outcomes.

Our engagements span financial services, healthcare, life sciences, technology, and mission-driven organizations, supporting initiatives that involve enterprise-scale portfolios, regulatory environments, and high-consequence risk.

GC Labs, our selective innovation and incubation arm, is used intentionally to test and operationalize new models where execution evidence strengthens strategic decisions — never as experimentation for its own sake.

Across all of our work, the principle is consistent: intelligence only creates value when accountability, governance, and execution are designed to support it.
