Del Parry, ARM, has extensive experience in property and community management, having held various leadership roles since 2001. Del's career includes positions as Property Manager for PeakMade Real Estate, Community Manager at Western National Group, Sequoia, Shea Properties, and Satellite Management Co, and General Manager at Bridge Real Estate and Satellite Management Company. Del has progressed to Regional Manager at Green Circle Projects since April 2025. Previous experience also includes roles as Regional Property Supervisor at Pacific Living Properties, Project Manager at HUGHES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED, and Owner of Joy Division Logistics. Del's diverse background shows expertise in managing various property types, particularly in student housing and community associations.
