Joe O'Neil is an accomplished leader in the electronics manufacturing industry with extensive experience across multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as Principal at OAA Ventures since April 2015, O'Neil focuses on optimizing entrepreneurial efforts through collaboration. As Chairperson of the Board for IPC Education Foundation, O'Neil promotes awareness and opportunities in the electronics field for high school and technical college students. In addition, O'Neil advises Green Circuits, a full-service EMS provider, contributing to high-quality design and production services. Previously, O'Neil held the position of CEO for Power Design Services and served on the Board of Directors for IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries. O'Neil's career also includes a tenure as President of Hunter Technology, where leadership in advanced manufacturing services was demonstrated. O'Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Loyola Marymount University, earned in 1991.
