Green City Development GmbH is an agency that brings new life to former industrial areas. We strategise, develop and operate new usage concepts that satisfy the diverse interests of key stakeholders. With a team of experts in building innovation ecosystems, creative hubs and unique event locations, GCD is the ideal partner to develop sites to meet the interests of politics, economy and society.

Our unique programming-centric approach provides a playbook for the long-term activation of spaces, that far exceeds the traditional real estate development model.

Key projects include NLND (Neuland) Berlin, Riverside Studios, Alte Münze and Factory Network. Green City Development has been featured in Tagesspiegel, Berliner Morgenpost and SXSW, and is an active participant of the Berlin Partner Network.
