Green Civils Ltd delivers specialist civil engineering solutions for the UK's evolving energy infrastructure sector. Formerly Rouse Civils, the business has grown into a focused delivery partner for EV charging hubs, HV/LV grid connections and energy infrastructure schemes nationwide.
We are NERS Tier 1 Civils accredited, strengthening our ability to support ICP partners and deliver contestable grid works directly.
We currently operate four dedicated delivery teams across the UK — directly employed, no agency labour — and provide both:

Principal Contractor delivery
Specialist civils support under ICPs and Tier 1 contractors

Our core services include:

EV infrastructure civils (AC & DC hubs)
HV/LV ducting and cable routes
Substation and transformer plinths
Battery storage civils infrastructure
Streetworks, drainage and reinstatement
Ongoing maintenance and aftercare packages

Our teams are experienced in live environments and deliver projects safely, efficiently and to programme — from small car park adaptations through to full HV charging hubs and grid-connected infrastructure.
We are actively onboarding new ICP, principal contractor and energy clients for 2026 delivery. If you require reliable, self-delivered civils support within EV, battery or grid infrastructure projects — let's talk.
