Roxana Epps

Roxana Epps has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roxana is currently working as the Vice President of Digital Experience at Green Compass, LLC since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Marketing at LifeWave Corporate from July 2022 to July 2023.

Before their role at LifeWave Corporate, Roxana worked at Young Living Essential Oils starting in December 2021. During their time there, they held multiple positions, including Executive Director of Marketing, Director of Integrated Marketing, and Director of Retention Strategy. Roxana led various teams and spearheaded the development and execution of marketing strategies across different channels.

Earlier in their career, Roxana worked at Plexus Worldwide from 2016 to 2020. Roxana served as the Director of Consumer Engagement (loyalty/retention) & Consumer Insights and later as a Sr. Customer Experience, CRM & Retention Marketing Manager. In these roles, they focused on implementing consumer-centric strategies and improving customer retention.

Prior to their tenure at Plexus Worldwide, Roxana held the position of Senior Business Development and Outreach Manager at Take Charge America, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Roxana also worked as a Realtor at Re/Max Fine Properties from 2007 to 2013.

Roxana's earlier career includes short-term positions at Gucci and Marriott International, where they held various sales, marketing, and customer service roles from 2002 to 2009.
