John Parran, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Customer Support Training & QA at Green Dot Corporation, overseeing Quality Assurance and Learning/Development for a team of over 3000 Customer Service Agents. Previously, John held the role of Chief Operating Officer at NewPath Child & Family Solutions, managing diverse service provisions for approximately 4,500 clients annually and advising on corporate strategy implementation. As Chief People Officer at the same organization, John led HR and culture change initiatives, including the establishment of the first DEI Committee. Earlier experience includes roles in talent management at Meritor, program coordination at Gateway Community and Technical College, and various sales management positions at TSC Apparel. John holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
