Rodney McLeod

Rodney (Shai) McLeod, CPM, PMC, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of Product Management, Innovation, Loyalty, & BaaS Partnership Programs at Green Dot Corporation since February 2015, focusing on launching a new suite of white-label banking products and managing account acquisition for a flagship brand. Previous roles at Green Dot include Sr. Manager and Manager of Product Management, where achievements include the 2021 CEO Award and the launch of the GO2bank product. Earlier experience includes managing digital product offerings at Farmers Insurance Group, significantly increasing revenue at One Entertainment, and providing instructional support at DeVry University. McLeod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University, awarded in 2005.
