Green Empire Landscaping is a DFW-based commercial landscaping company built by property owners who got tired of crews that didn't show up, delivered inconsistent work, and never really understood what was at stake.

So we built our own solution.

Founded by Neander Lima and Delia Kong Lima, both multifamily owners and real estate investors, Green Empire was created to serve properties the way we expect to be served: with accountability, clear communication, and results you can actually count on.

We specialize in multifamily and commercial properties, helping property managers and owners keep their communities clean, tenant-ready, and performing at their best. From weekly lawn maintenance and tree removal to mulch and planting, outdoor lighting, and custom landscaping projects, we handle it all with the care and professionalism your property deserves.

Trusted by 100+ properties across DFW, including Walmart, Simon Malls, and Sam's Club.

We are not here to mow and go. We are here to make it grow.

Serving the DFW Metroplex.
