Green For Sudan (GFS) is a youth-led science communication initiative dedicated to advancing environmental awareness, climate justice, and sustainable development in Sudan.
We bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and public understanding by empowering young Sudanese writers, researchers, and advocates to explain complex issues in simple, accessible, and actionable ways.
Amidst conflict, displacement, and environmental degradation, our mission is to make science a tool for resilience. Through articles, explainers, youth-led research, policy insights, and community-centred communication, we equip Sudan’s next generation with the knowledge they need to lead change, influence policy, and support recovery.
Our work champions transparency, youth leadership, and evidence-based solutions so communities can better understand the challenges they face, from climate impacts and water scarcity to energy access and environmental health.
