The Green Generation Initiative (GGI) is an action-driven organization committed to conserving, restoring, and protecting our environment.

Founded by Elizabeth Wathuti, O.G.W — a globally recognized climate champion — GGI was born from a deep-rooted passion for nature and a vision to empower communities and young people to lead climate solutions.

Today, GGI is one of Africa’s fastest-growing, youth-led climate organizations. We drive change through the greening of schools, improving food security, influencing climate policy, restoring biodiversity, Green impact solutions and accelerating youth-led solutions. Our impact stretches from local communities in Kenya to continental and global platforms — proving that bold, grassroots action can shape a sustainable future for all.
