Green Grid Designs is a specialist building performance and climate-responsive design consultancy focused on early-stage optimization for desert environments.

We work with architects and developers across the GCC to prevent costly redesign, compliance delays, and performance failures through simulation-driven strategy.

Our expertise lies in applying building performance modelling at concept stage — when design decisions matter most.

Core Focus Areas:

• Early-stage energy modelling and load forecasting.
• Passive design optimization for desert climates.
• Envelope, glazing, and shading strategy testing.
• Daylight and thermal performance simulations.
• Al Sa’fat and Estidama performance support.

Why Early Stage?

In desert environments, late-stage compliance adjustments often result in design compromise, cost escalation, and schedule risk. By integrating performance modelling before concept freeze, we help teams make data-driven design decisions that improve energy efficiency, comfort, and regulatory alignment from the outset.

Green Grid Designs operates from Dubai, supporting projects across the GCC region.

If your team is looking to embed performance intelligence into early design strategy, we welcome a conversation.
