Steve Smith

Steve Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over nearly three decades, starting from their role as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting in 1993. Steve then worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young until 1997, when they moved to Coopers & Lybrand as a South East Mid Market Consulting Senior Manager, followed by a Senior Manager - Pennsylvania Consulting Practice. In 1999, Steve founded Plus Consulting, where they held the position of Founder and Executive Director for over two decades before leaving in 2022. In the same year, Steve founded Green Impact.

Steve Smith attended Plymouth State University from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a degree in Business Administration and Kinesiology. Steve then went on to attend Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology and Business with an MS/MBA.
