Green Light is a values-driven real estate development and investment firm based in Portland, Oregon. Since 2009, we’ve delivered over 2,990 multifamily units and have over 1,100 more in construction and predevelopment across the Pacific Northwest. Our work spans affordable, workforce, and market-rate housing and reflects a deep commitment to community impact, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.

We design every project with intention, grounded in purpose, shaped by the
communities we serve, and built to last. At Green Light, real estate is about more than buildings. It’s about the people who live, work, and connect in the places we create, and the partnerships that make it all possible.
