EVP Performance Marketing at Green Man Gaming

Adele Simpson has a wealth of experience in the gaming and media industries. Adele began their career in 2003 as a Lead Generation Data Account Manager and Affiliate Marketing Executive for Data Media and Research. In 2007, they moved to AND (Associated Northcliffe Digital) as an SEO and PPC Executive. In 2010, they were part of a management buyout of DMR from The Daily Mail Group and became the Director of Marketing and a partner of Footprint22 Ltd. In 2011, they were promoted to Performance Marketing Director within the enterprise division at Bauer Media Group – UK and then became Head of Digital Performance Marketing and Head of CRM Strategies & Digital Marketing for Bauer Radio. In 2021, they joined Green Man Gaming as Executive Vice President of Performance Marketing, where they are responsible for bringing traffic, customers and revenue to the store profitably. Adele Simpson is also currently serving as a Women in Games Ambassador since 2022.

Adele Simpson attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2018 to 2019. In August 2018, they obtained the online marketing fundamentals qualification from Google Digital Garage. In January 2020, they became Google adwords certified from Google. In January 2021, they became Google analytics certified from Google. Adele is also a DMA Certified Marketing Professional (DCMP) and holds IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certifications from both IAB and CIM Marketing Partners.
