Jo has over fifteen years of experience as an inclusion specialist, working across the private, public, and third sectors. Jo has worked with businesses and individuals carrying out complex inclusion audits and impact assessments and assisting them in developing and appraising their diversity schemes and policies. Jo also facilitates inclusion training programmes encompassing all the strands of diversity and works within the consultancy team designing and developing bespoke programmes. Jo's clients have included Santander, Genworth, London Underground, Numerous London Borough Councils, Royal Marsden Hospital Trust, Veolia, Arts Council England, Highways England, NHS Hillingdon Hospitals, the Metropolitan Police, and the Care Quality Commission.
