Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Green Spoon Sales, Douglas previously held leadership roles as Vice President of Sales at Alter Eco and VP Sales - Retail at Wandering Bear Coffee, where remarkable achievements included an 850% increase in retail business in just 18 months. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Dang Foods, where Douglas was instrumental in growing sales over 350% and managing a multimillion-dollar Walmart account, as well as leadership positions at Nutiva, GoodBelly by NextFoods, and Bolthouse Farms. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Connecticut.
