Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen has worked in the field of production management for the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as an Equipment Engineer at IC Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. In 2001, they moved to Shuan Shin Filter Co., Ltd. as a Logistics Supervisor. In 2005, they were promoted to Factory Director at Ren Ding Plastic Co., Ltd. in Indonesia. In 2010, they joined Freudenberg Performance Materials as an Assistant Manager of Production. During their tenure there, they increased the FTB from 86% to 89.6%, saving NTD 9 million. Jacky also introduced TPM to enable engineering and production to work together, increasing the utilization from 79% to 92%. In 2020, they moved to Green Theme Technologies Inc. as a Production Manager.

Jacky Chen obtained a Master of Business Administration from National Chiao Tung University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Medical Engineering from Yuanpei University between 2000 and 2003.
