Green Transition Holding (GTH) is a Norwegian investment company with a mission to accelerate the energy transition. We are an active owner, utilizing our industrial knowhow and financial expertise to investments in and build out the proven technologies and solutions the world will rely on in the race to a carbon-neutral future. 

The company was established in 2020 to address the increasing need for sustainable waste management solutions and the demand for low carbon energy globally. 

Our current focus primarily lies within waste-to-energy and end-to-end carbon capture and storage (CCS) solutions, with a global geographical footprint. 

Each of our portfolio companies aims to become a leader within their target industry and market, while utilizing and contributing to the knowhow and project synergies held within the GTH Group.
