Green Value Associates (GVA) Ltd is a management and advisory services boutique focusing on originating, assessing and managing sustainable and energy efficiency investments in real estate. The firm is also advising on sustainable cities,  financing energy efficiency and related policy strategies. GVA works closely with investors, financiers, cities and policy makers.  

GVA maintains a network of more than 20 commercial, financial and technical expert associates in its geographies of operations, who support client work on a project basis. It also cooperates in its projects with external legal and accounting experts. Likewise, it sustains a network of corporate partners, through which it has access to more than 80 specialised professionals in engineering consulting, real estate advisory and energy ICT monitoring. 

Green Value Associates is managed by an executive team, who is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development and project management. The firm maintains offices in London and Athens.
