Sandra Lauer has a long history of work experience in the fields of content strategy, copywriting, technical writing, digital marketing, graphic design, and more. Sandra began their career in 2000 as a Web Support Specialist for SGK. In 2002, they worked for Fifth Third Bank in the roles of Compliance, Consumer Lending, and Notary Public. In 2005, they joined SPX FLOW, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, Copywriter, Visual Content Strategist, and Storyboarding. In this role, they acted as the Marketing Manager, coordinating marketing activities, press kits, copywriting, global tradeshows, product literature and translation, marketing assets, SEO, enewsletters, email campaigns, corporate branding, style guide, visual content strategies, photography, demo videos, storyboarding, voice over scripts, protoyping, UI design, product naming, event planning, and marketing budget. In 2009, they became a Freelance Copywriter and Graphic Designer for InfinitElement. Finally, in 2017, they joined Greenback where they served as a Content Strategist, Copywriter, Technical Author, and Digital Marketer. In this role, they were responsible for content strategies, copywriting, technical writing, visual content strategies, social media content, influencer outreach, SEO, keywords, link building, blog articles, product releases, help guides, help desk support tickets, marketing assets, style guides, corporate branding and voice, graphic design, storyboarding, demo videos, voice over scripts, voice over talent, customer personas, empathy mapping, UX analysis, and product testing.
Sandra Lauer is currently attending Northwestern University, where they are studying Social Media Marketing. Prior to this, they attended Lawrence Technological University from 2002 to 2008, where they studied Technical Communication and Digital Arts. Sandra also attended the College for Creative Studies, where they studied Graphic Communication. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Northwestern University and Lawrence Technological University, including "What is Social?" from Northwestern University in June 2016, and "Technical and Professional Communication" from Lawrence Technological University.
