Greenbrook Partners is a privately-held, vertically integrated real estate operating company with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction, leasing and financing. Principals of Greenbrook Partners have invested over $750 million of equity in commercial and residential real estate throughout the New York metro market.

Greenbrook Partners targets investments in poorly maintained, undermanaged and undercapitalized assets located in growth-oriented and transitional submarkets of New York City. We maximize value by instituting best-in-class management and redeveloping properties with an emphasis on upgrading antiquated building systems to a modern standard, and creating green, energy efficient and sustainability-focused living environments for residents, workers and communities.
