Sara Risley is a seasoned professional in product certification with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Certification Officer at GreenCircle Certified since January 2025, Sara previously held the role of Vice President of Certification at Green Seal from September 2022 to January 2025. Prior to this, Sara worked at NSF International for over a decade, progressing through various leadership positions including Director of Product Certification and Associate Managing Director, where operations and service delivery for product certifications were managed. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Product Certification at Quality Assurance International, Inc. (QAI). Sara holds a Master of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University.
