At GreenCoast Design, we create homes that are as individual as the people who live in them. Based in Brisbane and working across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, we specialise in custom homes, renovations and additions, interior design, and full-service project delivery.

Our process begins with listening. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, your vision, and your desired project spend — translating these into thoughtful, functional, and enduring designs. Whether it’s a forever home, a complex renovation, or a micro-home with big impact, we believe good design adds lasting value to both your property and your lifestyle.

With over 20 years of experience, we’re known for:
	•	Custom Homes — Whether you’re building new or renovating, every design is tailored to you, your site, and the way you want to live.
	•	Renovations & Additions — From lift-and-build unders and renovating Queenslanders or heritage cottages, through to contemporary extensions
	•	Interior Design & Planning — At GreenCoast, interiors are never an afterthought. Every finish, space, and detail is considered alongside the building form to create a cohesive home.
	•	Full-Service Design — For clients who choose to engage both building and interiors, we provide a seamless, end-to-end service from concept to completion.

Our clients value our open communication, premium documentation, and ability to navigate complex design and approval processes with confidence. Builders value us for the clarity and detail in our plans, which help deliver exceptional results on site.

If you’re considering building or renovating, lets start your design journey by having a conversation.
