Manuel Heckmann

Manuel Heckmann is an Associate Partner at Greencode Ventures, focusing on investments in early-phase digital-first green transition deep tech startups in Europe since January 2023. In conjunction with this role, Manuel also serves as a Venture Partner, Board Member and Investor at ZeroMission and FLEXeCHARGE, and as Managing Partner at Manuel Heckmann Consulting. As the Founder and COO of EcoG since July 2017, Manuel has successfully closed funding rounds with prominent investors in sustainability and technology. Other roles include Mentor at Katapult Accelerator, Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Noocoon, and Executive Advisor at Nemlia. Previously, Manuel was Head of Venture Operations at Spacewalk VC and Advisor to the CEO at SmartEnds. Education includes an Executive MBA from Aalto University and a Master's in Political Science, Cultural Anthropology, and Law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
