Eva Koutná is the Head of Competence Teams at Green:Code, where they lead a team focused on various technological areas. With a diverse background in human resources and extensive experience in solution consulting, business analysis, and project management, they have demonstrated a strong ability to support both customers and team members in achieving their goals. Previously, Eva held positions as a Solution Consultant and Team Leader at GuideVision, and worked as an ERP System Consultant at IFS. Their educational journey includes a master's degree in HR Management and Adult Education from Palacký University in Olomouc, which they are currently pursuing.
