Adrian Bailey

Adrian Bailey is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Process Development Manager at Greencore since July 2023. Previously, Adrian held the position of New Product Development Manager at Pilgrim's from October 2020 to July 2023, and worked as a Process Development Manager at Iceland Manufacturing Ltd from July 2018 to August 2020. Prior to that, Adrian spent six years as a New Product Development Manager at Wrights Quality Foods, focusing on frozen ready meals and later expanding to savoury products. Adrian began a culinary career as Head Chef in various restaurants and hotels from March 1990 to April 2012. Education was completed at Medina High School between 1984 and 1989.
