Amy Shores

Amy Shores currently serves as Production Manager at Greencore since March 2017, bringing extensive experience in production management across several companies in the food industry. Prior roles include Production Manager at Quorn Foods and Freshtime, as well as Production Manager at Emmett UK. Earlier in her career, Amy held the position of Senior Section Manager at Bakkavor, overseeing a high care department for M&S ready meals, and served as Shift Manager at Weetabix. Starting as a Process Manager at Bakkavor Wingland Foods, Amy specialized in high care lines for Waitrose. Education was pursued at Stamford College.
