Anne O'Leary

Anne O'Leary currently serves as the President of Ibec, representing various business and industry sectors across Ireland since October 2024. In addition, Anne holds the position of Vice President Mid Market EMEA and Head of Ireland at Meta since September 2022 and is a Board Member at the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) from March 2022. Previously, Anne was a Non-Executive Director at Greencore (from February 2021) and Vodacom (from February 2021 to October 2022), as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ireland from June 2008 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse range of telecommunications services. Anne also served as Chairperson at GOAL Global until September 2021 and was the Managing Director at BT from January 2002 to June 2008. Anne's educational background includes qualifications in business coaching and directorship from recognized institutions, including Harvard University and University College Dublin.
