Chris Lawrence has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Head Development Chef and Innovation Chef at Greencore since January 2007, specializing in premium ready meals. Previously, Chris worked as Head Chef at Sheene Mill Restaurant from June 2002 to December 2006. Prior to that, Chris held the position of Sous Chef at the Great Eastern Hotel under Conran Restaurants from February 1999 to May 2002, and began his career at Hotel du Parc, progressing from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie from February 1996 to January 1999. Education was completed at Hillcrest.
