Ellie Harrison

Ellie Harrison is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as Responsible Sourcing Lead at Greencore since May 2024. Previously, Ellie held the position of Senior Sustainability Consultant at The Sustainable Restaurant Association and worked as a Grower at Stable Harvest Farm, where responsibilities included hands-on vegetable production and implementing regenerative agricultural practices. Prior to these roles, Ellie was the Sustainability Lead at allplants, where key achievements included designing a comprehensive sustainability strategy. Other notable experiences include roles at North Bristol NHS Trust, Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming, and volunteering with various organizations. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol.
