Ewa S. has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as an L&D Specialist at Greencore since December 2020, following a long tenure at Bakkavor where roles included Training and Health & Safety Coordinator, Trainer, Deputy Team Leader, and Machine Minder from January 2006 to December 2020. Ewa holds an Associate's degree in Learning and Development from ICS Learn, expected to be completed in April 2024, and completed a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development Practice at the University of Lincoln in 2020. Additionally, Ewa possesses a Level 2 qualification in ESOL from Boston College.
