Fiona Williams

Fiona Williams is an accomplished food science professional with extensive experience in process technology. Currently serving as a Process Development Technologist at Greencore since October 2023, Fiona also holds the position of Senior Process Technologist at Samworth Brothers, a role began in May 2023. Previously, Fiona spent over 13 years at Greencore in various capacities, including Senior Technical Process Technologist and Development Technologist. Fiona's career began at Headlam Hall Hotel & Restaurant as a Morning Service Supervisor before transitioning into the food technology sector. Education was obtained from Northumbria University, culminating in a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition.
